Best Mercedes Repair, Best Mini Cooper Repair & Best BMW Repair in Rancho Cucamonga!
Knew it would happen eventually. My E55 AMG broke down. Cue the world’s tiniest violin. Of course I brought it on myself – I mean, how long can I go on treating the 210 and 57 freeways like they’re the Nurburgring before I get some problems? Well, I turned it off, and, it didn’t turn back on. Cranked and cranked and made a valiant effort, but no go. I curse, reluctantly go into my meeting, and an hour later come back out to the car ready to call a tow truck and turn it over to them. I decide, eh, maybe it’ll turn on. Let’s give it a try. Cross my fingers. Rub the lucky rabbit foot. Release the leprechaun from my purse that I’ve been trying to blackmail into giving me the location of his pot o’ gold, and every other good luck cliche you can think of. So I try it. It turns on this time! Holy crap! Intent on not pushing my luck, I drove it straight to Cisco’s shop, who was just about a 10 minute drive from my appointment.
I pull up, and they look pretty busy. So, I explain the issue to Cisco, and he said that it sounds like a Crank Sensor failure – very common on the Mercedes M113 engine. Works fine when the engine is cold, but when it’s hot? It won’t start. Damnit! I let that leprechaun go for nothing! This was verified by pulling the code from the computer. I planned on leaving the car overnight, but as I was making my phone call to arrange a ride home, Uly, Cisco’s brother, walks up behind me with the new part in his hand. “I’ve got the part.”… Cisco tells me he’s going to have Uly swap the part now, as soon as the engine cools enough.
How’s that for service? Show up unannounced, and a little over an hour later I’m out the door with a fixed car. These guys are the BEST!

They wanted just under $ 2000. I called Cisco, he said he could do it for about $ 950.
I took it there, he had it done the next day. Cisco told me I only needed the pump replaced, the other two parts were fine, and the total was under $ 850.
Forget the dealer, Cisco will take care of you for half the price!

Called in the morning to see if they can accommodate me; told me the replacement part will be available by 3pm, told me to come by at 1pm to get it all prepped; finished by 6pm like they said they would.
Will be a repeat costumer!

This hopefully will be good!
Heres the story – on our drive back from Vegas my girlfriends ’06 BMW is overheating it ended up being the fuel injection system and the temp control- and was eating all the coolant; The problem had started an hour out of Vegas even BEFORE we had arrived in the city. Worried we waited to pop the hood and saw the coolant was GONE. Re-filling it; Made it to Vegas. Took it to the DEALERSHIP which they gave us the high sign that everything was fine and assuming the coolant just needed to be toped off again. This is where everything goes to hell….
Fast forward to the drive out again; Not even 30 minutes out of the city – the cars warning us about overheating! We make it to the next town to find that blue coolant these cars use. Find it and we had to proceed to use it every, I would say, 30 minutes or so maybe even less. Starts happening every 15, we realize, we’re not going to make it…. Frantically, we’re calling rental car, dealerships, anything to help us. Oh wait, it’s a late SATURDAY AFTERNOON. These guys we’re the only place open and willing to accommodate us in this short amount of time. Even more so, they found out what was the problem then less then 2 minutes. Sign of relief, the owner tell us it’ll take only 2 hours. No SWEAT, not only had we been driving in the desert with no A/C for HOURS (to avoid an actual overheating) but because we had been driving since 8am and it was already almost 2!
Fixes is in a jiffy, accommodate us with tons of water (for the hangovers), and lets us sit in the A/C office.
I defiantly teared up at some point, being so thankful and felt so bad for my girl.
Thanks guys again, you got us on our way with not batting an eye and thinking about staying over time.

He uses only OEM parts, and if your car doesn’t need it or he fixes the issue without a heavy bill, he will. My brother takes his Porsche here, and we take our moms 3 series here as well.
He has all the state of the art computers and over 12 years of Beemer and Benz experience. Don’t pay double or triple for service or repair, take it here unless you want to rip yourself off.”

One person complained about the price he was charged? Well did he compare that to what he would have paid at the dealer?
Another person had after market parts and was not charged a penny to check the car, yet says he thinks they wanted to rip him off? The misdiagnoses was caused by the after market parts which he installed?
Another complains about his car being used for personal use, Yes I agree that this is not right, but tell me what shop on this planet has never done that?
Last there was the lady that felt like she was rushed off the phone. What time did you call? Maybe when they were closing? Then I wondered if her claim about the shop being dirty was true?? This turned out not to be the case when I took my car there for the first time. The shop is extremely clean and organized. There were a few cars that were parked across the driveway that were in the repair process but not junk cars like the lady mentioned.
When I finally took my Mercedes S430 to this shop owner Cisco was very nice and professional. He checked my car for FREE, told me what the problem was and it was so minor that I fixed myself. I later took him my Mercedes C320 which he again checked for free, then replaced several worn hoses and reset the check engine light for just $75 bucks! This guys prices were not expensive at all.
I have to say the negative reviews are very misleading and I have to agree with all the POSITIVE reviews. My experience was great twice! So it’s fair to say that this shop is a good honest Mercedes and BMW repair shop. I’m not saying they are perfect, but they seem to work hard towards excellence and customer service. I was so pleased that I offered to take daughter’s BMW there for her!
So thanks Cisco for your hard work and honesty, we need more shops like yours!”

I have taken my 2005 BMW there for 3 years now and I’m very happy with cisco’s services.
Recently, I took my BMW to Cisco’s Benz and Beemers because my AC was not working and it was a little before 6:00 pm. Cisco took my BMW in even though he closes at 6:00pm. and he fixed the problem.
I really thank Cisco for all the help and I really appreciate that he takes the time to plug my BMW to the computer system to make sure everything is running fine, as a woman that means a lot to me, knowing that my car is in good condition and is not suddenly going to break down on me.
Cisco is a very honest and reliable.
mechanic. I will recommend Cisco’s Benz and Beemers to every person that wants and needs work done (from oil change to major work) in their Benz and Beemers.”

My family and I have had Cisco as our mechanic for years. He and his staff are so accommodating and are very knowledgeable on all things related to cars as far as I’m concerned 😉 They truly work magic on my 2001 BMW 325i. My father also takes his 2001 BMW 525i to them faithfully. I go to them for everything from an oil change to major work. As a woman, I am not too familiar with all that goes into what keeps my car running, and all the mechanics always take the time to explain the issues to me and what was fixed. The service is also affordable and they never pressure you to make a decision or to get something that you don’t need.
If you’re looking for quality, honest, efficient service go to Cisco’s!
Thank you guys so much for all that you do! 🙂
“I’ve had a whole gamut of mechanic experiences with my BMWs and Audis over the past few years, and overall I’ve had many more headaches resulting from these encounters than I’ve had smiles on my face.
I’m an automotive enthusiast, and I have a deep knowledge of the mechanical inner workings of my cars. I know what parts are there, how they work, how many hours of labor are generally required – I hang out on the Mercedes forums, and so on and so forth. When my car goes for service, I generally know what the problem is, which parts need replacement, and how much it should cost.
That said, I’m also a paraplegic woman in a wheelchair, and to an unscrupulous mechanic, it’s generally assumed I’m an automotive dummy to rack up the charges and unnecessary work. So, when I found Cisco, and he told me that what was wrong with my car was what I already knew, I knew that I’d found a rarity: an honest mechanic! That was the first positive thing. The next positive thing was the estimate – admittedly, I’m used to San Francisco pricing for labor, so seeing a typical Inland Empire rate nearly made me jump out of my wheelchair with glee!
Furthermore, the shop is quick, and gracious. I dumped the car off on a Monday afternoon at 5:30PM without an appointment, and the car was ready after a complex set of repairs (fuel filter, air filter, valve cover gaskets, replacement struts, and diagnosis – removal/reinstallation of the exhaust) by Wednesday afternoon. That’s an exceptionally quick turn-around time considering that parts had to be ordered, an issue diagnosed, and several hours of labor for the struts and valve covers. While waiting, I was offered a bottle of cold water – a very welcome offer on a hot summer afternoon.
Cisco got my E55 AMG turned around and repaired quickly, he didn’t try to sell anything unnecessary, and he’s a gentleman to boot. He’s very busy, and was a little slow on the communication and phone calls – but when I was able to get him on the phone, he was able to fully explain the situation with the car, what the problems were, and he didn’t dumb anything down at all once he recognized that I knew what he was talking about. It’s much appreciated!
Now that I live in the Inland Empire, I know where to get my AMG serviced – that’s a great weight off my mind, because I insist on the best from guys who know and love these cars. Cisco and his staff treated me with the utmost professionalism, and I can’t emphasize enough how rare it is to find a mechanic who will take a look at my 15 year old daily driver AMG that was $80,000 when it was new (thank god for depreciation – $12,000 is what I paid, three years ago!), and not come up with a list of faults that’ll cost $5,000+ to fix. I found an honest mechanic… I am still having trouble processing that one! Overall, a great experience. The next time something blows up (which eventually will happen – I drive my 400 horsepower beast hard, and treat the 210 and 57 freeway like it’s the Autobahn), I’ll be seeing Cisco and eagerly looking forward to working with him again.”

The car was ready the next day. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that only the rear rotors were changed and the fronts didn’t need any replacing also the rest of the car was fine Cisco had gained our trust as he had every opportunity to take advantage of using the original amount quoted. We definitely will be a repeat customer! Thank you Cisco, for great a job.”

“Cisco’s Benz & Beemers are absolutely AMAZING!!! They are truly the best in the IE!! The staff are so nice and friendly and truly understand the meaning of customer service.

I am former AMB Auto Center customer, which I have patronized for over 5 years, after so many years of services and spending thousands of dollars along with providing over 20 customer referrals, the shop owner Rick has changed for the worst and became arrogant as well as dishonest, so I decided to look for another service repair shop, local to my home in the Inland Empire.
After reviewing the Yelp reviews, I came across Cisco’s Benz & Beemers repair shop, they are specialist in Mercedes Benz and BMW, being a skeptic that I am, I always test integrity with any new relationships that start business with. Cisco and his Staff passed my test with flying colors. I was able to Chat with about Cisco about the background of Techs working in his shop, they are all former employees of Major Benz and BMW dealerships in the Orange County area.
The technician was very sharp, he was able to identified several key issues that have been historic, and unsolvable by other shops. Before deciding on the work, I was provided a visual inspection so that I could see the issues for myself. Since I was short on money, not able to fix everything right away, I was provided with priority task list of critical issues that need to be taking care right away and other issues that could wait. My repairs were taken care of at minimal cost, the car drives like new money.
This is one of the best experiences that I have had in long time. Good old fashion customer service that you don’t see any more.
To all of my current AMB auto referrals driving all the way out to Monrovia, we know have new alternative. You got to check out Cisco’s Benz & Beemer, located in Rancho.
Sorry for the long rant, I just wanted to make sure these guys get the credit for their hard, honest work.
